Terms of Service
Short, in plain language, and written to be read. If a signed contract says something different, the contract wins.

Qadrillion is a software testing company registered in Croatia. These terms apply to this website and to any service you buy from us unless a signed agreement replaces them. Contact: hello@qadrillion.com.
What we provide
Three things: testing services (automation retainers and one-off launch checks), software (an open repository and an application), and training (assessments, workshops and a handbook). Scope, deliverables and dates for services and training are fixed in writing before work starts. Anything not written down is not in scope.
Contracts and prices
Prices on this site are in euros and exclude VAT. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be ended by either side with 30 days' written notice. One-off work is billed on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days. A price quoted in a scoping call is valid for 30 days.
Your code, your tests
Tests, reports, architecture documents and configuration we write for you belong to you once the invoice is paid. They live in your repository and stay there if you leave. We keep the right to reuse general methods, tooling and anonymised, aggregated measurements.
Confidentiality
Your code, tickets, credentials and findings are confidential. We do not name you as a client, quote your numbers or show your bugs unless you agree in writing. We sign your NDA if you have one.
Software and the repo
The repository is published under the licence stated in its LICENSE file, which governs your use of it. The application is provided as is during its early access period. Neither is a substitute for a human tester signing off. The tester stays the judge.
Liability
Testing reduces risk; it does not remove it. We do not guarantee that software we test is free of defects. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
We collect what you send us: your name, email and what you write. We use it to answer you and to deliver the work. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers. Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted; write to hello@qadrillion.com.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. Ongoing engagements keep the terms they started under. These terms are governed by Croatian law, and disputes go to the courts of Croatia.
